30-day online program
Tribu Reset
A 30-day online support program to better understand your tension and learn ways to care for yourself without needing to do everything perfectly.
Request More InfoDo you notice your jaw clenching, your neck tightening, or your body feeling on high alert after a demanding day? Maybe you’ve already tried massages, exercises, or other ways of caring for yourself. They help, but when stress returns, the tension may return too. And although you know your habits can make a difference, maintaining them amid everyday life isn’t always easy.
Tribu Reset is a space to explore what you’re experiencing and practice ways to reconnect with yourself, with support and alongside others going through something similar.
You Don’t Have to Do It Perfectly to Keep Going
If you can’t do your full routine one day, it doesn’t mean you’ve failed or have to start over. Maybe all you need that day is a pause, a few breaths, and a moment to notice what you need.
In Tribu Reset, we explore how everyday experiences—such as a demanding workday, poor sleep, or feeling under pressure—may relate to what you notice in your body. Little by little, you can try different tools and discover which ones feel useful and realistic for you.
What Is Tribu Reset?
It’s a four-week online group program, offered in cohorts of no more than 10 people. It isn’t a collection of videos to watch on your own: it combines resources you can explore at your own pace with live online sessions and support in a private WhatsApp community.
The program grew out of my work with people experiencing bruxism and recurring tension. I’ve seen that relief from a session can be valuable, and that it can also help to understand what happens between appointments: how daily demands, habits, and our relationship with our bodies may play a part.
What Will We Explore?
Throughout the program, we’ll use tools from physiotherapy, movement, body education, and somatic practices. We’ll also explore breathing, mobility, self-care, and personal reflection.
The program brings together resources developed with support from a cognitive behavioral psychologist. Some reflection activities are inspired by biodecoding and are used to explore personal experience; they are not diagnoses and do not replace psychological care.
What’s Included?
- Three live online group sessions: at the beginning, midway, and at the end
- Short videos and practices you can explore at your own pace
- Breathing, movement, mobility, and self-care practices
- A journal to notice sensations, habits, and patterns
- Support in a private WhatsApp community
- A small group of no more than 10 participants per cohort
Practices can be adapted to different days and energy levels. You can choose a shorter version when you’re short on time and return when you’re able. The intention is to find a more flexible and sustainable way to care for yourself—not to complete a perfect routine.
Who Might This Be For?
Tribu Reset may be for you if:
- You experience recurring tension in your jaw, neck, or other areas
- You have bruxism or want to better understand your tension patterns
- You’ve tried some tools but find it hard to maintain them
- You’d find it helpful to share the process with people who are also learning to listen to their bodies
You don’t need a bruxism diagnosis to join. The program grew out of that experience, but it may also resonate with you if you want to better understand how tension shows up in your body and what tools may support you.
What Can You Expect?
By the end, you’ll have had space to pay closer attention to your experience and explore tools you can adapt to everyday life. The aim is to help you gain more clarity about your body’s signals and more options for responding to them, including during difficult weeks.
Everyone’s experience is different; the program does not promise to eliminate bruxism or deliver the same outcome for everyone.
Is This the Right Kind of Support for You?
Tribu Reset is a group program focused on education and self-care. It does not replace an individual physiotherapy assessment or dental, psychological, or medical care. If you have a structural, dental, or clinical concern that needs specific attention, please have it assessed by the appropriate professional. If we identify that you may need another type of support during the program, we’ll discuss appropriate options.
