My Story
A Physical Therapist with a degree from the Autonomous University of Aguascalientes. My path brought me to Playa del Carmen, where I began working with people experiencing bruxism, persistent pain, and movement limitations. As I listened to their stories, I noticed that addressing the painful area did not explain the experience. People improved, only to feel symptoms return during a stressful period or a change in life.
That observation resonated with an intuition I had carried: the body is more than the place where pain appears. Our movement, nervous system, emotions, habits, and life experiences can interact and shape how we feel. This led me to deepen my training in the stomatognathic system, bruxism, and orofacial pain, while exploring pain education, somatic practices, and integrative approaches to care.
Today, I support people with bruxism, persistent pain, injuries, and tension through personalized physiotherapy. Depending on each person’s needs, our work may include pain education, therapeutic movement, manual therapy, mobility, and somatic tools. I aim to help you understand your body, recognize patterns, and build practical resources you can use beyond our sessions. When appropriate, I collaborate with or refer to other healthcare professionals, because concerns can benefit from coordinated care.
I offer in-person sessions in Playa del Carmen and online support worldwide. Whether we meet in person or online, my intention is to accompany a process—not simply focus on a symptom—so you can reconnect with your body and find ways to move and care for yourself with confidence.
